I asked Alan to source me an Audi q3 for my wife (and toddler) a few years ago.Came to part ex it recently and discovered it was a category S (insurance write off) and I?d paid double what it cost to buy at the time of purchase.I asked Alan if he?d purchase it off me and he said, No as he had too much stock.I felt sick to learn my wife and toddler have been driving around in a car of questionable safety and I?ve been conned out of thousands of pounds.

Called up first thing on a weekend, had no problem checking the car over. Kieron and the team were incredibly helpful with fixing the car and giving me advice moving forward. 10/10 service.

My mother recently broke down on holiday and was recovered back to this garage by the RAC.They severely over charged her for the work by a total of £200.We've just priced up with our own mechanic and he can price the part needed at £85 and they charged £185.The mechanic was very abrupt. She was also told they would ring with a quote which they never did.

Arrived Saturday morning with damaged rear brake discs, they ordered the parts, gave us a courtesy car for the day and we collected our car later in the afternoon.Great service ??
