I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to my postman, who has gone above and beyond to help me.
His name is Craig, (sorry I do not know his surname), my address is Kerrier Way, Camborne,
Craig always leave my little dog a biscuit, and Milo sits and waits for him every day, thank you Craig from Milo.
My husband passed away last year and Craig has always made sure that all is well, when delivering my post.
I believe that good customer care should always be recognized.

The telephone system is answered by a computer and can only help you with extremely limited information, waste of time there. Went into the branch in Camborne only to be told the 'sorting office' is closed and only open between 07h00 and 10h00. Website says 08h00 - 10h00 and 16h00 - 20h00 on a thursday? I guess the idea is to be open after the working class is off. The post office staff are friendly and helpful. Just that telephone system that lets them down. I believe the opening hours are changing again next week?

This place is good, however i?ve been in multiple occasions where i have gone to collect the item that i missed, with the card that gets posted and it has apparently been sent out for a redelivery when i had never sorted that out. It also makes it really difficult for working people to come and collect their items, especially when they are only open for 2 hours.

Useless.They are never open when the website says they are.They are only open during normal working hours. How are working people meant to get their parcels?Better to use other postal services.
