Gone from a 5 star review 3 years ago to 1. What a change since their manager Adam left! The stock issues were already there, empty shelves, items unavailable but it was still a nice place to shop. Now we have the utterly vile JoJo gobbing off and throwing her weight around. I'm told she's not even the manager. If that's the case, she needs to be sacked. I've heard her slagging off colleagues loudly on the shop floor and recently throw 3 young girls out for no reason other than that they were looking at make-up and messing around a bit.\\\" If you're not gonna buy it, get out\\\" were her words. In the meantime, there's always a wait at the till despite only one or two customers in the queue. No one on the shop floor to help with enquiries. There's only one competent person there which is the lady with the pink hair and she's the reason I've given the one star!

Had gone in there with a couple of friends just to have a look around and a staff member named Jojo had approached us and told us to get out.We were looking around and had just exited the toy and seasonal isle and she was there and told us to get out if we were not buying. We are not happy about this and a parent had spoken to her and she said that she felt guilty. LIER she had made many customers uncomfortable and upset. It's not fair on the people who are spending there weekend around town like I had done. Please teach your staff to be polite to anyone and keep them undercontroll!!

Went in there with my friends and a worker approached us saying how we were messing around and basically shouted at us she said?IF YOU ARENT GOING TO BUY ANYTHING GET OUT? we were not messing around and she didn't even see what we were doing (we were looking at the halloween stuff) she has shouted at many people before especially kids for ?messing around? it has completely ruined mine and my friends day! Please fix this and control your horrible staff!!!

Visit regularly for bird food. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Shelves orderly and good variety of products.
