“Rooms clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Bed was ver comfortable and the heating was excellent. Only a few problems encountered. The room we had, had a window, but looked into the store room for the cleaners. This made the room a bit dark, so had to have all the lights on. When I came out of room and looked up I noticed the smoke detector covered with a plastic bag.”
