Usually very helpful. Went in early April to open a Childrens saver & the young lady on C.S desk was a bit un-knowledgeable & in the end, rude. Website advised i could do this in branch, so i was v dissapointed to be told otherwise. The weather was terrible that day & i had a chest infection too - total waste of time & money travelling. If i hadn't had such helpful and polite encounters in the past, no way would i have returned again.

Pleasant branch with friendly and helpful staff. However, the opening times could be improved/extended for those at work during the day.

The staff and service here are exceptionally good. This seems to be the situation at all Halifax branches Nationwide. Always a pleasure to visit. Feel welcome always.
