Required a Dashcam fitted (one I already owned) was able to book a convenient date and on arrival the staff were ready to fit it. Friendly reception and the fitting was efficiently conducted. I was upsold membership of Halfords motor club and offered a free vehicle check, completed and the guy could find nothing to note as needing attention. All in all recommended store and staff.

Both the Camborne store and the car servicing dept have looked after my needs for several years- cant fault them! Always helpful and polite and a lot less expensive than main dealers

Camborne Halfords, the best branch I?ve ever visited.
What a superb example, the store is a real credit to Halfords. First impression walking in was great, everything is kept spotlessly clean and the shelves are kept fully stocked and as neat as is possible, I observed staff filling spaces on shelves as soon as a customer had made a purchase and everyone we met was friendly, polite and eager to offer their assistance. As well as making a purchase today we collected an online order from the tills and the assistant we saw was very new to the job and had a minor problem with the collection, the store manager Mathew came to his aid immediately and was very patient and helpful to the lad.
I wish I could have had such a good manager when I worked in retail many years ago.

The bottom floor of the store didn't have what I needed even though it said it was available online. The servers were really slow and not helpful at all. They turned me away when I needed help saying it was too busy but there wasn't that maybe people in.

Do not order online
1) delivery is via EVRI so the 48 hour deliver time is missed and its 4 or 5 days
2) For click and collect, no message is sent to inform you the order is ready, you cant phone the store to enquire if the order is ready, so have to go there and hope,

Booked online for a coolant change. Was called by the service centre while en route to say that they don't offer that service despite accepting my booking and that this happens regularly. I would not recommend booking any work here.

I was offered a car check when I visited for a change of indicator bulb.
Both guys really helpful and friendly.
They discovered I had a slow puncture in my rear tyre.. object in tyre wall.
Advised to have tyre changed ASAP

Installed it ok. Never helped with how to connect to phone etc. Managed to get the app connected. Very disappointed with the app?s functionality for the cost of the dashcam
