No one ever answers the phone at this pharmacy so I am forced to get a lift there only to be told my meds are not ready despite my having received a text to say that they are ready. This happens all the time and given that I am on crutches, this causes me pain and hardship and distress. Very poor service.

very unprofessional went there the first time to get my compression socks and it didn?t come so I had to go down there again cause she said she put it through when she didn?t. We caught her out in a lie and my Support worker was on the phone and started talking about her while she was on the phone really and professional and to make it worse, they decided not to pick up the phone to my Support worker And my compression socks come on the same day when they said it wasn?t there. It come this afternoon. so they could do with more staff

I've been using this chemist for over 10 years and I've never had a problem, the staff are always so polite and helpful, they get a lot of abuse from customers which is so wrong, they do their best even when it's really busy, I don't go to any other chemist.Thank-you for everything you do!

I love this chemist, i get all my prescriptions from here, everyone is friendly even when they're really busy, I've noticed that they get a lot of abuse from customers when they're busy which really isn't their fault, they do their best! Keep up the good work!

Used to be the best pharmacist and pharmacy around. Always kind and quick. Without naming any names, a staff member who I used to really like, started being rude. I get that due to work overload it can get frustrating, but the attitude I had is simply not warranted. Very disappointed. Have started going elsewhere.Also, received a text telling me my prescription is ready to be picked up. I go in, ask for it, get told it's not come back. Show them the text, takes them 1 second to look on shelf of pre packed meds. It was there.

A prescription was ordered on 14th November. On 24th November, it was queried as not delivered, and promised that it would be delivered next day. On 30th November it had still not been delivered. When I called into the pharmacy, I was advised it could be delivered next day. I decided to wait for it. However, during my 20 minute wait, I was very aware of how much chatting & joking was going on between staff, which not only delays work being carried out at speed, but could also lead to mistakes due to lack of concentration.

Went in and asked to see a pharmacist, she told me she?d be a few minutes then completely forgot about me (which she said herself), even though I was standing right where she could see me. If the wait time was simply because they were busy then I?d completely understand but I had to stand there for ages while she had a chat with her friend who came in and showed her pictures of a hen do. Then she finally remembered me and the consultation was over in a matter of moments where she told me to see a doctor, even though I?d already attempted to make a doctor?s appointment and they told me to see a pharmacist.
