Amazing service - pharmacist was able to do an NHS prescription for my infection without having to go to the doctors!

No one ever answers the phone at this pharmacy so I am forced to get a lift there only to be told my meds are not ready despite my having received a text to say that they are ready. This happens all the time and given that I am on crutches, this causes me pain and hardship and distress. Very poor service.

very unprofessional went there the first time to get my compression socks and it didn’t come so I had to go down there again cause she said she put it through when she didn’t. We caught her out in a lie and my Support worker was on the phone and started talking about her while she was on the phone really and professional...
