Wonderful customer service, had a fault paying with points, server and manager were on point with advice... Still got festive black forest hot chocolate with the bean still added to my account. Few and far between baristas carry the fire of costumer service and these make that mark.

Regular here every now and then. Can?t fault anything? was a really busy day yesterday, and the girl with the black hair, and piercings (I keep forgetting her name!!!) offered to carry my food over, even though there was a queue . She?s always got a smile on her face! ??

Was very disappointed today took my son In for a treat and we both had hot chocolate. There was nothing hot about it and was basically tepid milk. Neither of us drank our drinks and it cost £10.40 absolutely shocking !! Il stick to wetherspoons from now on.
Toilet floor was lifting aswell .

Staff were polite and did the best they could. Lots of tables empty but not cleared or wiped down. Made the place look messy. Luckily it was a nice day so sat outside.

Super busy in there when I went, the service was great even with a massive queue. The lady who served me was absolutely lovely, my little biscuit and coffee were blimmin lovely (millionaire shortbread and a coffee caramel hot milkshake- trust me, give them a go!) they kept their cool and continued to give excellent customer service.

I called in for something to eat and fancied a toasted sandwich. However when i got it, it was toasted only on one side and was soggy bread on the other. When I complained i was told this is how Costa make "toasted" sandwiches now so it's not just in Camborne. The ham and cheese toasties cost £3.50 and i was hard pressed to find the cheese. This is unacceptable Costa. Get your act together.
