recently went to the one in Camborne. I purchased a dress to try on elsewhere with intent to possibly return it. Immediately the staff had a very strange attitude towards me however I went back for a return and the cashier claims she?s not exactly entitled to giving me a return as I didn?t take my receipt although she had not given me one in the first place and she had kept hold of it instead of giving it to me? However she placed a refund anyway and made me sign a receipt of purchase as evidence however as I was leaving I soon realised how strange as I could not find my money ANYWHERE. They refused to investigate and blamed it on me. I left and checked everything and could Not find it. They only checked the till once I brang two people of authority which all of a sudden their attitudes had changed to very ?nice?. They said they did not have my money and refused to check properly instead guilt tripping me however the staff member that was actually the one who served me did NOT come to see me or get involved not once. They made passive comments to make me feel uncomfortable and would soon after ignore me as a young person who was there alone simply trying to get my money back.
