25-Aug-25 its Band Holiday I visited Argos Camborne I stay around 25 mints inside shop and I got TICKET £100 why I parked my car in Argos Colleagues Parking it?s very shameful highly not recommended to visit this shop they don?t hv parking just playing with WORDS to let customer park in Argos Colleagues Parking then say no it?s not customer parking shameful act make its Argos Staff Parking not Colleagues parking I at least will not visit this shop again forever proof attached ( it?s clearly says Argos Parking ) u guys are loosing ur customers, so many customers are reporting ur parking but ur management is sleeping

I just collected some bits from Argos and witnessed a very irrationally irate woman trying to return something she?d opened (she hadn?t checked the sizes and was becoming increasingly argumentative)
I was very impressed with how both Karen and the young lad (didn?t catch his name) responded. They were polite and kept their cool to avoid the situation escalating whilst honouring the returns procedures laid out by their employers.
We always choose Camborne Argos because the staff are friendly and helpful.

Parking outside is ridiculous. Don't use the carpark or if you do make sure you pay for parking for the 4 minutes you will go into argos. It seems to be a known problem for the local area but I'm not a local, was in the area on holiday. It would help loads if the staff at argos told you to make sure you pay for carpark as you will get a £100 fine through for being on there 4 minutes!!

I use this store regularly because it's nearby but OMG, the customer service needs improving! Slow bringing out orders and most of the staff look as if they've just been handed their notice that morning. Slow service, without a smile! ?

I would give this Argos a zero star if It was possible. The staff and manager was very rude and unprofessional. Refused a refund when I only purchased the faulty item two days ago. Was told by the manager to read the reviews before purchasing an item and not after, but not everyone read reviews. Staff and manager was also to busy stood around talking to eachother instead of helping customers, two customers had walked out because they was sick of waiting for the staff and manager to finish of talking about there personal life. The manager will talk to you so rud considering customers are spending good money, very unprofessional I would stay away if you don't want to be out of pocket with a faulty expensive item

Long wait, 5 or 6 people behind me. There was one person serving 1 person in front of me who took about 20 minutes. 4 other staff just bringing out a few orders. Surely they could have helped. I wont be going in there again

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.When visiting to collect an item, and after having paid for parking at the small car park in February, I was astonished to receive a letter in late-April 2023 informing me that I was being fined for alleged non-payment of parking. Letters allegedly sent by the parking company before then have not been received (and I doubt ever actually sent).It is an utter joke. If you want to avoid getting a parking ticket even when you have done everything right, DO NOT SHOP HERE.
