Buying fuel at pump that is card only.What a shocking thing to have firstly you don't even know you are on a pump that is pay at pump only. There is not the option to pay in shop. Went to use today only to find for whatever reason the pump wouldn't work nor at first the pump on the other side. That customer had just driven around again as she tried the pump I was on. When discovering it wasn't going to work the screen still displayed the type of card I was using. Went into shop to ask they clear the screen as I was concerned about my details still being up there and you would have thought I had interrupted their bingo as they couldn't care less. Then another customer started to mouth off that didn't really help bur bless him it was probably his first time out.Eventually I think they reset the pump and I the reversed to another pump.My point is if you have this technology then at least have someone who is not sharing the braincells be there to sort if a problem.

Good Tesco, but could do with more staff as queues always seem to be present, with multiple calls for more serving staff over the speakers with no one turning up.Additionally the closing times could do with being an hour later I feel.

We bought Rowes pasties in the Callington store. £5.25 each for two "hot" pasties. Rather disappointing as they were stone cold inside. Not freshly baked.

Ordered Click and Collect on Wed night for the next day. Had to go into the store to buy everything they claimed not to have in stock 14 hours previously. Mildly annoying but guess I still saved some time and got to choose my own cucumber and aubergines

Being a person with disabilities and just having had my first visit to Tesco, Callington, I was very pleased with the store.Firstly, parking is plentiful and easy, including disabled parking. The usual error was made in having this running in a line away from the entrance, when many of us struggle with walking any distance, but this is quite common.I needed a mobility scooter and the security guard was by the door, so I asked if he was in charge of them, as they were right behind him. He said he'd bring one around to me, but I also needed a quick visit to admire the tiling (also behind him), so he had it ready for me when I emerged.The scooter itself wasn't the best. I'm very glad to have the use of one and to be able to access it so easily in this store, but it was very slow, the turning circle was not good and the controls took a while to work. However, it's better than nothing by a long way.Both the youngster on the till and the till supervisor were very friendly and gave great service, especially when one item wouldn't scan and another didn't want to leave its security box!On returning the mobility scooter, the young (compared to me!) security guard fetched a trolley for my shopping to go into for outside use, and was again very friendly and helpful.I'll definitely be using this store again when I'm over this way.I'm off to take advantage of the great fuel price, now!

Badly stocked not a wide range like the larger stores no hot food counter or meat counter or fish counter and the bakery fresh donuts..... FROZEN theyre not freshly baked in store as the other review said its gone downhill massively the majority of the staff however are wonderful

I am reviewing on behalf of the on line delivery team...Steve and Aiden not only turned up in great time but also managed to help us rescue our car that we managed to get jammed on a verge totally saving our holiday...gives you some faith in humanity. Not sure if this is the right place to review for this but let's hope they get something for being such great humans :)
