I often have a pizza and drink delivered and it's always delivered quickly and is amazing. The delivery guys are friendly and polite. Very happy ?

Hard avoid. Food was ordered for collection. Turned up, half was fully cooked the other half he forgot to put on. No worries I?ll wait.
It?s a shame I did, never have I ever seen a fast food takeaway that needs to get shut down. The food was disgusting, I didn?t even feed it to the dog it went right in the bin.
Hygiene is severely lacking, I saw a staff member physically handle food then pull their phone out.
Owner was quite boisterous and rude as well. AVOID.

We have just picked up our food and its gone in the bin what has happened to this take away we used to always have fresh food I think they swept the floor with our food NEVER AGAIN

Quick delivery but the chicken was dry and chewy so wasn't nice. My daughters popcorn chicken was absolutely fine so a tad disappointed

Im a dutch lorry driver..orderd chicken..deliverd in 30 minutes...good food ...hot and fresh...they forgot 2 cannes of cola..but deliverd 3 afterwords..perfect company..wil order again??

We're staying at a holiday village nearby. Several outlets took our order, then cancelled them. Locals at the bar we were at recommended Castle Chicken, now I do to. Food arrived when it was supposed to, and order was exact. All top quality. Quick tip: if the website says they can't deliver, give them a call. They are most accommodating.

When the food is hot it's amazing but TONIGHT. Well tonight we have had the worst experience. Cold, congealed pizza, stale chips and tasteless chicken. The customer service is disgusting. Truly disgusting. They are constantly rude and I will not be ordering from them again. Now the delivery driver is actually nice. Really pleasant but try phoning them up and ordering some food! They are so, so rude. The evening is pretty much ruined now because we was hoping to get a good meal from here but I for one am still hungry!. The food was inedible this time round. I even called them to tell them the problems and the man completely dismissed it. Like everything I had said was just hot air. Disgusting treatment.

Dirty food cold food over charged my nan with food by £7 which is disgusting and the food is no good and isn't clean in the shop and staff are rude and over charging people for food and food is not cooked

Don?t be put off by the 1st picture on Google (we was ) but needed to get some food and didn?t fancy curry or Chinese! Pleasantly surprised 10 out of 10 chicken not greasy pizza tasty give these guys a go ?????
