I went in there last year around this time heavily pregnant. It was like, 30min before closure but apparently after hours where they would help you. Not sure if that was made up or true.I was waiting outside for 5- 6 min, and there were 3 youths behind the counter further away , 2 boys who seemed to compete over who'll get the 3rd one, a little blonde. Once I said, "excuse me" the blondie came over, asked me how she can help with a tome of "what do you want" and I asked for help. She said customer service is finished for the day. Me being polite, I apologised, and she was super patronising, even though she was at least 10 years my junior.Disgusting interaction, why does a bank let h0rny teenagers run a bank????

Absolutely appalling customer service. Went in there to pay in some cheques and cash and a member of staff refused to serve me telling me to "use the machine". When I said please I'm in a real rush she point blank refused saying use the machine or the store would shut. This confuses me as surely if you just use the machine and not the staff then the staff are redundant?! The machine seems to be a cop out for her actually doing her job. The first machine wouldn't even work, then she made me use the other machine which she tried 3 times before it finally worked making me even later. Zero compassion or apology. No wonder so many banks are closing when you get customer service like this....

Rude unhelpful staff, dont want you to withdraw any money,especially the manager,who needs training in people skills and manners,aggresive and rude.dont deserve one star.

Came into Bude to go to the bank and they decided to close. This was different to what the opening hours said online. We only drove from Marhamchurch. There was quite an irate customer who had driven quite far. The member of staff there disappointed me by arguing back with the irate customer rather than being apologetic.

Always helpful and friendly; willing to explain patiently.I am so glad the TSB bank still exists as it?s service and staff are excellent.Everyone is treated the same.It?s a pleasure to go in and know that you are welcome.Many thanks and best wishes to all of the staff

What a joke! Went into this branch yesterday 13/11/20, wasn't even allowed to transfer money to my son's account even though I,ve got 2 accounts with them and plenty of money in both.Obviously the days of going into a bank and them actually doing something are long gone.!!

Excellent staff, friendly service,Paid a visit for assistance in replacing a lost card and resetting online banking details and found a wonderfully helpful member of staff who guided us through step that was necessary in a very friendly and helpful manner so pleased to hear that this is not one of the branches that is going to be closed

TSB is awful! Their online banking is horrendous and even though theyâ??ve done a ridiculous amount of updates it still breaks down and locks you out for 4 months! So Iâ??ve decided to leave tsb and go with a better reliable bank! So if your considering a first time bank or maybe changing over to tsb Iâ??d think again and go anywhere else but here!

Very bad place. I live in Bude and used the cashpoint - it malfunctioned and took £90 from my account without dispensing the money. This is unfortunate but these things happen. What was unforgivable was the way the staff handled the problem. They agreed the ATM had crashed but refused to help me in any way; stating that I needed to take this up with my bank (Barclays). This happened whilst the bank was open and my requests to check the machine and furnish me with more evidence were ignored. This was my last £90 which I needed to travel that day. Big problem for me; no sympathy just arrogant rudeness.
Barclays said that TSB should have investigated there and then but lodged a request for the return of the money which would take some days.
I have used banks all my life and faced with such a problem I was shocked at how nasty they were ... only afterwards on reflection did I wonder whether they thought me a liar. .. As they did absolutely nothing to check the machine they had no evidence to suspect this.... I still find the whole experience unbelievably unpleasant and damaging both emotionally and practically.
