Took a pair of clogue good earrings for repair. I asked that they were extremely careful since they were very valuable and had been in the family for a very long time. I'd recently inherited them but the 'leg' was broken. Charged a very reasonable £15 for repair. When I got them back the repaired earring was dull and had lost the shine that it had before. The rose gold rose in the earrings had been damaged as it too lost it's shine and the colour became very pale. The leg also broke again before I even wore it. Took to another jewelers and cost £30 to repair and restore but they cannot be restored to the original quality. Thank you ever so much, a valuable family heirloom is now ruined.

I bought both our wedding rings here and was supremely happy with the service and the rings, I had to have my ring enlarged several times due to my gargantuan finger size!

I wanted a charm to represent my family holidays and my husbands home (as he was from Cornwall) and I couldn?t find anything through the high street. Till I came across a Cornish tin mine charm which I absolutely love, and we actually visited Geevor tin mine recently and it?s something I had to purchase.
Love to make memories and Cornwall is the best one. But great customer service and very fast delivery.

Unhelpful, disinterested, miserable & rude lady behind the counter last weekend whilst looking for an eternity ring.
Previous visit for watch batteries (3 watches) & I was told by an arrogant man that 1 of my watches I took in was of very little value (after he couldn?t remove the back to replace the battery) & May as well throw it away! He?d not considered that it may have sentimental value & not everything is about how much things cost!
Lovely building & lots of history but have been disappointed with service & lack of friendly staff.
I won?t be visiting again!
