Old quaint old pub. Looks lovely but poor service. Booked through Hotels.com but they couldn?t find booking even when I showed the confirmation. Taken to room.

Free breakfast is in fact a kitchen and dining area stocked with food that you have to prepare yourself and clean up after you.
No Television in room
I may have had poor service due to them not finding my booking but he was quite confrontational even after showing him my confirmed booking email. No apologies.
Mis leading adverts and rudeness is a big no from me. Sad really as it could be quite a find with the right people in charge.

We went with the kids for a few drinks and some bar snacks and we were really impressed with the hospitality and service from Simon. A lovely pub that we will book in to and stay over for a night next year so we can sample the rooms and the food too. Thanks Simon, take care.

The dinner pizza was very tasty with a superb service, I recommend this place as it has a friendly staff where you can as well find any drink you like

We arranged to stay here very late on after being let down by the place in Bude we were meant to be staying at! We were welcomed by the landlord who was friendly and helpful despite recovering from a serious injury (he was supposed to be recuperating but re-opened The Tree Inn rather than staying close

What an experience! The host had just been discharged from hospital but was determined to keep everything going. He draughted in local help out. So friendly!

The new pizza menu which is yet to be developed is outstanding.. 5 stars from me.
But me and the landlord Simon.. we were the guinea pigs to try Roy an Rosa's new square pizza style food... It was better than Domino's an many more more takeaways around.

Food was disappointing to say the least, I had the cottage pie was asked did I want butter on my veg I said yes that would be nice and I got served what seemed to be Birds Eye frozen veg not worth the money will not return

Lovely old traditional pub. Great beer and food, Simon who runs the pub is helpful and service is spot on. Cottage pie was excellent as well as the fresh pasta. Would visit again.

Traveled to Bude today and staying in Stratton, we came across the Tree Inn.
All we can say is this is one hell of a special pub.
Beer was great, service was 2nd to none and the food was excellent.
This must we the most welcoming pub in Cornwall and the South West we have ever been to.
Thank you Tree Inn and can't wait for our next visit.

Had the most wonderful stay at the Tree Inn. Everyone hosting that place is so kind, I stayed an a beautiful single room (No. 5), where I felt very much at home. The Tree Inn is beautifully located, overlooking the village of Stratton and the Cornwall hills. Thank you for everything!
