Went to the pharmacy this evening, 3rd December, to pick up a repeat prescription. Had to queue out in the rain for 35 minutes to gain access, when I asked for my repeat prescription at the desk although they could remember preparing it they could not find where they had put it, I had to wait another 10 minutes while the located it! Not only did I receive appalling service but their inefficiency caused further delay to those waiting outside in the rain.
