A lovely place to spend a week with the family and dogs. The cottage is decorated to a very high standard and super clean, we felt relaxed as soon as we walked through the door . The kids and dogs loved walking around the grounds and chilling out by the ponds we will be returning !

Lovely place to stay for a full on relaxing holiday or just some time off the hustle of every day life. Owners are all so helpful and can't go anymore out there way to help . Would recommend this place to anyone and its dog friendly

Just returned from the most fantastic weekend at South Forda. Accommodation was spotlessly clean with top notch furnishings. The grounds are stunning, and so very peaceful. Lovely setting to sit out on veranda drinking wine eating good food and taking in the scenery. Plenty of places to visit locally. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Great place for a quiet stay in north Cornwall. Lovely grounds and the owners area very helpful and welcoming. The cabins ate very clean and nicely decorated exactly adds toy would hope them to be. The only things I would point out are that the fridge is very small and it is a struggle to fit food a family in and that the shower tends to flood the bathroom floor.

Hidden gem....! This place is beautiful. Secluded, quiet and relaxing, not to mention the great fishing lakes, if you like that kind of thing. The accommodation is very near to Bude and well placed as a base to explore Cornwall and Devon. The owners Elliott and Leilah are lovely people and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation itself is impeccably clean and well equipped. We booked this, as our holiday abroad was cancelled due to COVID, and we were glad we did. If you stay, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I visited South Forda recently and stayed in Pengelly, one of three beautiful lodges. The lodges were spotlessly clean and the hosts were very friendly and communicative and they have seemingly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds are astonishing, including two fishing lakes and a river that runs through the land. So, if you are after peace and tranquility where all you can hear is birdsong and a river, then I can highly recommend South Forda. Thank you Leilah and Elliott for being amazing hosts, we can't wait to return!

I would highly recommend a stay at South Forda, the accommodation was perfect, it had everything you needed, it was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The owners were absolutely lovely and recommended several local places to visit. Will definitely go back.

Great accommodation - very smart, cool decor, and somehow more ?solid? than it looked on the website - they?re little houses on the inside, you could stay for weeks/months very comfortably... Great location, beautiful grounds, all well organized, super clean, really good value and we were very welcomed, couldn?t have asked for anything more.

Great place as a base for the area. Perfect for families with a dog(s) as there is plenty of space fir play outside the properties. Hosts (owners) are very friendly and welcoming.
