A delightful shop. Ditch the plastic bags, bring in your clean empty tupperware type boxes or paper bags and buy what you need. Fill up on dry goods. Empty washing liquid bottles, fill up here. So much good stuff in this shop. It's buy what you need. Marvellous.

Amazing, these guys go above and beyond ??. We are regulars for good reason. Not only do they have a great selection of eco and cruelty free goods ?? ?? but yesterday, we had a knock on the door with a surprise personal house drop off of the remainder of our order. I happened upon this great little social enterprise business today day whilst I was taking a shortcut through town. So glad I did, as my eyes were opened to a veritable cornucopia of delights. Lovely little shop, great range of products and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's great to be able to pop in and pick up the bits I need without all the unnecessary plastic packaging (along with some chocolate covered honeycomb - which they do in both dark and milk chocolate)!

Visited 16/09/2020 before heading home after a break, staff (Laura) was very polite and helpful. She took time to help us and had lovely conversation with us.This shop is fantastic idea, and should be more of these everywhere.Thank you all Refill Shop staff
