What an earth has happened to the cafe?
We went to oder a mac and cheese for my stepdaughter, only to told by the bored looking server, they were out.
A flat white coffee barely filled the provide cup 1/2 way, was Lukewarm.
The bored male server seemed more concerned with his mobile phone, leaving the very pleasant hound lady with glasses, running around like the proverbial blue arsed fly.

During our recent holiday in Bude, Cornwall, we made a delightful stop at Morrisons for breakfast. We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality and service we received.
Our order included two freshly brewed coffees, three delectable juices, four delectable vegan breakfasts, and one mini vegan breakfast. Each item was prepared with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a delectable and satisfying experience.
The portion sizes were generously generous, and the overall quality of the food was exceptional, especially considering the reasonable price point. The staff were friendly, attentive, and created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
In conclusion, Morrisons in Bude provided an ideal start to our day. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

By far NOT the worst cafe ever, I've enjoyed the food every single time. Good options, not exactly expensive. Free refills on hot drinks and they do a good brownie.
The reason it's getting 2 stars is because every single time I've sat down in there I've had to listen to a member of staff stand gossiping about other staff. First it was the fact they've got e clueless cheff, not a good first impression. And secondly it was about how nobody else wants tp wash up so it's just her washing up. Speaking like this in front of customers is not good but Speaking to other customers about this is really dreadful..
Also the mac and cheese is great but I've gotten if 2 times, second time the portion was half the size of the first one I got. Disappointing for £7 but I was in a rush and couldn't say anything

After placing an order for 2 toasties we waited for over 15 minutes. The cafe wasn't busy although it was lunchtime. I had to go upto the counter and ask where my toasties were, they were found left out on the side, we then had to wait a further 10 minutes for them to arrive. The staff are pleasant but seems clueless. Looking at previous reviews it seems the Bude cafe has major problems. It needs s shake up with a manager who knows what they are doing. We will not be visiting again we will find somewhere else.

We went into morrisons cafe in bude my husband had the ultimate breakfast and I had the full breakfast when it came it looked lovely and when we started eating our breakfast was cold . We would have complained but the person that brought our breakfasts to us was lovely and she was run off her feet.but it is the worst meal we have had.

The food is always very nice. However the concern is in some of the staff members and the way they conduct the cafe. Not long ago for example they stopped serving breakfast and only served bacon babs as it was too complicated for them considering they had few too many orders. I personally do not eat bacon due to religious reasons and it is such an Insult to not even offer a veggie option but only serve bacon and sausage.
The staff also has a difficulty putting through very simple orders and on few occasions now it took them over five mins to put an order through the till, which is very frustrating when you have an infant who is crying for attention and you have to explain a simple choice of menu. I would suggest extra training of the actual menu and till for starters.

Staff were OK when served, it was quiet.
Both portions of chips were rough to eat and felt like they had been left out for a while or reheated, gave me indigestion.
Nachos tasted great but again below Luke warm in temperature.

The staff were friendly and hard working. Despite being rushed off their feet and under staffed, we were served with a welcoming smile, our food came in good time and tasted delicious. It was extremely busy but the staff handled it very well.

I wish I'd of read the reviews before coming here, what a shambles and not what you need to be dealing with when you've got two hungry kids with you after a trip to the swimming baths across the road.
It's a good job they've got a coffee machine and a soft drink dispenser because god forbid if the staff had to deal with making drinks aswell, they can't even get the food orders right for a start.
We were told upon ordering our food that there was a half an hour wait, which was fine, but that half an hour turned into fifty minutes, and when the food eventually got brought out, the order was wrong and items were missing.
The staff seem like the most simple requests are a big deal.
Such a shame because the shop is cracking and we had some really good deals from there

The wait just to order your food is ridiculous the lady on the till is playing with money then touching the food then cleaning the food area not once did I see her clean her hands after playing with cash would definitely not recommend
