Good selection of cheese, artisan jams, bread, and pies. We've been here before and pop in for mainly cheese. This time, I was served by an elderly lady who seemed quite rude. I was overly friendly as I live in Yorkshire and travel to Cornwall regularly. I didn't correctly name some items and joked I was from Yorkshire. She continued to correct what I said and stated things I asked for were expensive, very expensive. I travel a lot and don't usually need to look at prices of items, so I didn't find this very welcoming, considering I was spending a lot of money in the shop. I felt like I was watched and felt patronised. I may be 30 and appear young, but this has no bearing on what 'expensive items' I want to buy. The more I ordered, the more uncomfortable she appeared that I was going to take off without paying, she must've told me something was expensive 6 times. Please have a word with your staff not to judge someone on what they can and can't afford.

It's not (just) a dairy! They sell most things you'd want from a food store from fresh local veg to drinks to souvenir type jams, biscuits and local cider. There's a nice deli counter with a great selection of cheese and meats. It's a great place for lunchtime sanwiches and rolls made freshly to order and at very reasonable prices (get there early though before they're sold out!). Also a newsagent and tobacconist. Open early 'til late.

Thanks to Andrew and the team from Lansdown Dairy I was able to surprise my son with a hamper of delicious goodies for Christmas. It's not always easy to arrange these things all the way from South Africa, but Andrew made it simple - he was efficient and packed just the right things into the hamper. Thank you!

Love this little shop. They seem to have everything. Fab deli counter, especially loads of fresh local cheese. If it was the only shop in town, you'd still eat well.

Beautiful deli counter, wide range of produce & products, as well as offering multiple services. I print & drop my evri parcels here, buy handmade filled rolls and occasionally grab an uce cream. The staff are brilliant, helpful, knowledgeable about the products and always friendly.

Must be the best place in Bude to buy Cornish cheeses and other local produce. Always a great variety of cheese.Also all the usual stuff for a small local supermarket, including newspapers, bread and milk and vegetables.

My advice to anyone thinking of buying a ham role in here is don't.I did and I had to look for the ham. £ 3 for one. With ham on rations.Buy ham from them but if you want to taste it make it yourself.

Nobody told me that there would be dairy within this fine building I am allergic to dairy and so when I walked in my superstitious mind came racing towards me to tell me to watch my back I take a short stroll further into the room and was astonished by the amount of dairy products that gleamed in front of my eyes.Why may this concern you ask, well I have a horrifying allergy to dairy so as I watched horror unfold in front of my very eyes I shrieked in fear and rapidly scuttled away to what I call safety.5 stars as it inspired me to run and I am now on my way to becoming a professional table tennis player after coming to the realisation I could reach great speeds
