Breakfast was good, a selection of breads and pastries available. Coffee was spot on. The service great, nothing too much trouble.

service horrible had to wait over 10 minutes to get a toastie staff not properly trained to operate till went in earlier and had practically nothing in the fridge section so had to go back at a later time

To be honest, I come in to Costa before I start work because they?re my first port of call for social contact. They proper pick me up and start my day perfectly. I too, work in a cafe environment and I have to say that the attention to detail, friendliness and banter is just bang on. I?ve tried to implement my team the same way.Shout out the Kat, who?s always there and just a pure delight.You guys never stop and I?ll never go anywhere else for a coffee ??Thanks guys x

The first time I came to Bude I Costa had water and I had to go out when I came back again to Costa coffee shop with my daughter who works in Bude also, asked where the toilet was, and a blond lady with an abrupt face told me I had to be a customer to use the toilet, and I was a customer also but I could feel she was racist towards me now, as I had to come back to costa which I wouldn't want to come again but I did as it is the closest to my daughter?s workplace, I sat and seen people coming asking toilet without purchasing something she let them go and use the toilet, how come she won't let me use the toilet there is only racism I think of. I actually avoided coming to Costa Bude for weeks but I had to come. Terrible for Costa

Best home-made cornish pastie I've ever had.. it was delicious yum ?, the staff were very friendly and helpful, would go again just for the pastries ?
