Very helpful, friendly staff and a well-stocked shop. The owner was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and stocked everything I needed for the next while. If I were ever to be in the area again, I'd definitely be inclined to visit again

Brilliant shop for carp, coarse, sea and shooting supplies, excellent fresh and frozen bait.Rob was very helpful giving me advice on where to fish and what bait to use.He also offers guided trips with tackle supplied of which i took him up on, where he took me isn't for the faint hearted although my safety was at the top of his list and clearly knows his stuff.It was a lovely little secluded mark away from the hustle and bustle, i had 6 Bass in total beating my pb easily 2 of which i taken away for the table.If anyone is in the area id definitely recommend it you won't be disappointed.

Love this shop there a Friendly bunch always on hand to help, and enough fishing gear to cover all types of fishing including bait" fresh and frozen. Sea , course, boat, fly, and with a very good stock of spinners & lures all types go check them out for your self's??

As a complete beginner to fishing it was a little bit daunting to go into a shop and ask for advice, but we couldn't have been made more welcome.Although the door was open, the shop wasn't actually meant to open for another half an hour, but we were welcomed with no problems and given some excellent advice on the kit I already had. Rob gently pointed out that some of my kit was not really suitable for what we wanted to fish for and was very helpful with his advice about all kinds - from suggestions to how we could use the kit we already had, some tips about what would go with our kit, some suggestions on how to get the best out of it and some excellent advice about where to go.Really top service and I'll go back for sure for more advice and probably to hire his time for some lessons. Top bloke.
