Roxanne and Des are a great team. Great eye test very thorough thanks Roxanne and Des was very good helping choose the correct frames and measuring up. Collected today and new glasses are perfect. Highly recommend them ?

0 Stars - Terrible experience.- There is a £12 fee for a minimum of 12 months, just to be seen by this business (you will however only be told this when you attend your first appointment).- Unless both your glasses and contact lens appointment are dealt with at the same time, they do not want your business (which will not always sync up with your schedule).- You must sign up for a monthly contact lens order, otherwise they will not carry out your appointment.- This business will not provide you with your prescription, as they do not want you to buy your glasses/contact lenses online... WHICH IS A BREACH OF GDPR.I had to take time out of my work day to attend this worthless appointment, all the while having to wear a pair of expired contact lenses... when all of this could have been advised to me on the telephone at the time of making my booking.

Can I say a great big thank you?! My friend, visiting from Australia, broke the ?leg? off her specs. She and I only had 1 day together and were in Bude, a million things to see and do. Bude Eye Centre to the rescue - new ?leg? from their spares box, all sorted within a couple of hours while we did our glass making session in Beau Nidal, near perfect match to frame. Charge? £1 in the charity box. I can?t tell you the hassle and time you saved us. Thank you so much.
