First time I have used age concern, needed to get to hospital with a broken ankle. Sent an enquiry tea time, got confirmation that evening. And a call back the next day. Sorted me out with a lovely volunteer who drove me there waited for me and brought me home. All for £20. I hope to help them out when I'm better.
