Had the pleasure of visiting here this morning for a minor repair to a wing mirror on a commercial vehicle.
It was a 'while you wait' booking, which took approx. 90 minutes. Was met by Angie in reception, who was welcoming and friendly. Was told to make myself comfortable in their seating area, then offered a hot drink from their self service machine, and the use of a toilet also. Had a lovely chat with Angie whilst I was there.
Also had the pleasure of meeting the (I believe) the Bodyshop manager who came out for a chat too.
Would happily recommend / use this Bodyshop again, due to the friendly staff and welcoming facilities. Work was carried out promptly and with care.

Andy, Carl & the team are amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that our Nissan Leaf was repaired as quickly, efficiently & cheaply as possible keeping us well informed during the process. I had my car in for crash repairs with West End Motors Body Shop in Bodmin and dealt with the lovely Andi who in particular, (but also the other members of staff), was very friendly, helpful, professional and great with communicating the status of my car repairs.
Unfortunately my Insurers and West End Motors had already pre-warned me that any new parts were subject to lengthy time delays due to worldwide logistical supply issues currently affecting all suppliers.
Saying that when my car was eventually repaired and finished, the standard of repairs to the bodywork areas affected was excellent overall. I also had some other existing small road scratches and dents repaired at the same time which also were of the same standard. The car was returned very clean inside and out and it all looks great!
West End Motors Body Shop also provided a car hire for the period. Over the hire period there was a small issue with the hire car, but it was promptly sorted and I was quickly provided with another hire car without any further issues.
Overall I was very satisfied with the excellent and friendly service provided by Andi and company and I would definitely recommend them for any repairs in the future. It made the repair situation easier to deal with indeed.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I was concerned with one or two of the reviews in the past, but realised they were where customers have reviewed the dealership rather than the body shop!
Carl and the bodyshop team worked around my availability to get some large scrapes along my new Ariya sorted. I was concerned as it was a warm silver, but I needn?t of worried as the car came back looking amazing.
I was looked after from start to finish with a courtesy car and my car being cleaned for its pick up - both free of charge. The price was spot on for the job that was done and the team really went above and beyond to make what can be a complicated and concerning process a doddle. I can?t recommend them highly enough.

We purchased a nissan navara brand new from the forecourt at West End Motors Bodmin in January 2022. Since then it has been in and out of the garage numerous times for DPF issues. The filter does not burn itself off and the car goes into limp mode. It has been "fixed" many times. ie burnt off using a full tank of fuel that I have paid for.
West End Motors advised us to seek another garage after visiting them many times and asking them to buy the car back, they said they could no longer help us and sent us to Nissan Blackwater. After visiting there 2 or 3 times. They passed us off to Nissan Penryn.
We are now on our 2nd visit to this garage. The car has been with them for 2 weeks now. We have been told it needs a new engine, it needs a new DPF and now we've been told that it's the second Nissan in the UK with what ever issue it has and they have to wait for their head engineer to come back or for Nissan to advise them directly.
We paid £35k plus VAT for this car. Brand new. It's done 20k miles or so. Nissan are passing us around in circles. No managers ever phone us back. We have contacted the motor ombudsman but they can take up to 6 months. Meanwhile I am without my vehicle. That I am paying tax and insurance on.

I brought my Nissan Qashqai to WEM after a well known auto repair shop had previously carried out work on the Clock Spring and my vehicle had encountered Traction Control issues ever since.
The car had been back and forward to the previous garage several times and after three months of inconclusive diagnostics the previous garage gave up and suggested it went to a Nissan specialist.
WEM had the problem diagnosed and fixed within three hours. The work on the Clock Spring carried out by the previous garage had resulted in the Steering Alignment Sensor being replaced in an incorrect position and this had rendered my car undriveable, causing the ABS to randomly and suddenly activate and causing the car to swerve violently.
I have learnt a valuable lesson here! It really does pay to take your car to a main dealer with specialist knowledge and experience of your make of car.
I will definitely be bringing mine to WEM from now onwards.
The other important difference was in the level of customer care. At WEM I immediately felt listened to and this is so important when you are in a position where you are completely reliant on the knowledge and help of others. I immediately had confidence in the staff at WEM. Their approach was professional and considered throughout, despite how obviously busy they were.
I cannot express how grateful I am to have a usable car again after all this time! Special mention to Matt Hedgers who was a consummate professional throughout. Very happy customer here ?????

I had an insurance quote done by WEM body shop. This was very efficient and dealt within a week. Following approval by the insurance company to proceed I tried to book the car in for repair. 2 weeks later after 4 chase up phone calls they still were unable to book my car in. In my view a simple process but failed and I consequently lost confidence in their ability to provide a straightforward repair service so cancelled and I have taken the work somewhere else.

Buyer beware???..after waiting 7 months for delivery of new mobility car, manager deletes order without permission, manager states he doesn?t want to do business with people like me (mobility customer) calls me a liar and a cheat, due to managers mistake I?m now housebound for 18 months and they?re not interested in trying to rectify, manager has no customer service skills and I?m threatened with legal action for telling the truth, as god be my witness I?ve only told the truth and I will keep posting to try to protect others, despite their best efforts to shut me up

Been using west end Vauxhall for the past 10yrs and never had a problem with a vehicle service before until yesterday,Car was booked in 9am for a minor service & at 5pm still no call from them to say it was ready so called them at 5pm & they said ?it?s just come off the ramps & ive just been given the keys?. So went to collect my car & do what I always do before driving away & checked my dip stick & the oil was still jet black so I knew the oil hadn?t been changed! Told them & got told it had been done because the paperwork said it had,Showed the black dip stick to the man on service & got a load of lame excuses that didn?t wash with me as I?ve been changing engine oil since I was a young adult.After threatening them with my solicitor they eventually changed the oil & I checked afterwards & oil was crystal clear as it should be. I have now cancelled my service plan with them & after being a loyal customer with them for 10yrs I will NEVER use them again!Oh & the lady on service reception was extremely rude to me & I have never been spoke to like that by a customer service representative ever!Service: Oil change
