We were looking for a forever home in Bodmin and contacted Stratton Creber as they had a house we liked to view. Unable to attend in person we video viewed it via a family member and later contacted Amy Lorincz, Sales Negotiator with an offer. We later viewed it in person which Amy was very welcoming to show us around. Amy has helped with every stage of the buying process helping both parties to sort out any issues keeping us well informed. This has helped move the buying process along meaning we were able to exchange and complete very quickly. We cannot thank Amy enough for helping us find our forever home.

As a first-time buyer, I honestly couldn?t have asked for a better experience. From day one, Amy was an absolute star ? always friendly, always patient, and always ready to help with any question. Even though I bought my property through a different estate agency, she still went out of her way to support me, making the whole process so much less stressful.

Quite a daunting experience putting your property on the market, but Amy Lorincz has made it all so stress free for us. From the very outset she was far more professional than some of the other agents we approached. She provided a very realistic valuation and soon had the house advertised for sale.
