“What a fabulous shop and couple who run it … this weekend DPD have been a nightmare with a parcel of mine … however the staff and owners at the village shop that took in my parcel were extremely helpful and friendly and called me when the parcel was eventually delivered. Thank you I appreciate your help … I work in a village shop and I know how important to the community they are … keep shop going locally .. with cash to help small businesses.. thanks again Mel”
“ A community owned shop and post office providing a great range of local Cornish produce, as well as newspapers, and a good range of convenience store products. Also stocks lovely local artists works, jewellery, local crafts etc, great as gifts. Café run by volunteers is open most mornings with delicious home made cakes. Friendly service. Wonderful post office. ”

“St Mabyn Community Shop is the jewel in our village crown; we have a school, a pub, a church and a shop that during the Covid crisis went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met in a safe and efficient way. It has gone from strength to strength and introduces new items on a regular basis. Thank you”
“I usually use a larger PO in Newquay or have daily collections but recently I’ve been using Lanivet PO and I’m really pleased with it. Staff are v helpful and kind. Parking available too. It’s lovely to see a village with a PO still open”
