I usually use a larger PO in Newquay or have daily collections but recently I?ve been using Lanivet PO and I?m really pleased with it. Staff are v helpful and kind. Parking available too. It?s lovely to see a village with a PO still open

Tried to post pre paid for items done on click and drop via my local post office and the staff just looked at me confused and said sorry I can't take that, you can take that because your website and customer service said you can. Re training needed, rude, unhelpful, arrogant.

Worst post office experience ever. The lady needs more customer service training. Rude Attitude towards the customers. No proper opening times either. They open whenever they want. Avoid this place

Many great experiences when using this post office. Ease of parking, if queueing is necessary then it is safely off the road with no passing pedestrians. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

This post office is great! It has free parking and strict covid rules that make you feel safe. I've always found the staff to be efficient and polite. They only have one member of staff so allow a bit of extra time in case the customer before you takes a while. Maybe the people leaving negative reviews have never worked a service job before. They may have just caught someone on a bad day, they are only human after all. Remember they're a small village post office, just be grateful they're there at all!

They are overworked and always look and sound stressed out and sometimes bad tempered and tut alot apart from that its handy and good parking

As the other review has said, avoid this particular post office, rude attitude, complained about my quantity of parcels and that i required proof of postage for them...First and last visit i think. Glad i'm not the only 1 who has experienced oddities at this branch.

this person does not seem to understand that pre-paid parcels can be sent via her depot, to save yourself the hassle and being looked at like you have brought an alien space craft into her office with a barcode and then being told ...erhem computer says nooo. go to Bodmin - i do now and things are much easier!
