I have been disappointed by Morrisons online shopping on 3 occasions hence I have decide to speak out. Occasion 1- my order had 4 tinted cans and rotten bananas, occasion 2- my order was not delivered on the day it was supposedto be delivered, I had to call customer service the following day and I was informed that there was a driver who was absent from work, they apologised and promised a £10 discount voucher that a month later we are still waiting for. Occasion 3- substituting unavailable items without taking my allergies into consideration. I think this is unfair because I chose delivery for a reason. Now if I return these items how I'm I going to get them delivered. Why substitute items for us?

Deli counter not covered by staff for over 10 mins previous week staff member could not slice any cold meats and again waiting for over 10 mins. When i complained I was told I was aggressive and would be thrown out. Woman manager plastered in make up wearing a 80 style white jacket with padded shoulders on a power trip backed up by a male member of staff telling me I was shouting yet he was as loud as me both did not like criticism and me complaining in front of other customers will not go back. Bad management bad attitude. Remember the customer pays your wages and the dividends of the shareholders.
IT WOULD SEEM MANAGEMENT ONLY RESPOND TO POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND NOT THE NEGATIVE. AND IT WOULD APPEAR THAT READING THE REVIEWS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE TO MENTION POOR ATTITUDE AND RUDE STAFF/MANAGEMENT.

Surely its a customer's right to be able to ring and contact the actual store you just shopped in. I urgently wanted to speak to customer services at that specific store. Because we lost a personal item, and wanted to contact the store to see if it was handed in. But all you get is a centralised customer service, which serves no purpose at all.

Used to like shopping here ,lot if the fruit empty on shelves,prices gone up big time ,shop not clean,staff not helpfull,got afew bits decided to finish my shop of at aldi,will not be returning....

Cafe staff in short supply but very friendly and helpful. English breakfast would be enjoyable if hot, not warm, and would improve if customer paid afterwards and not before eating. Seating area needs heating.

Morrisons Donuts have been really awful recently. Wish they would get there machine fixed. They have been selling imported frozen ones for the last few months. Come on Morrisons we expect better of you!
