Really lovely staff, the gentleman helped me look for what I wanted , checked out the back for sizes etc. I shopped with my two young children and there was colouring in for my eldest whilst I tried on boots . All staff were very lovely and very good to my boys. We had a great experience.

When I arrived at the store today there was a sign in the window advertising 30% off everything in store. I bought some insoles for £28. When I got to the till nothing was taken off the price. The shop assistant informed me they already had a reduction. After leaving the store I checked receipts and online prices. I had been charged full price. Either the store assistant was incompetent or lying or both. I will Not be using this or any store in Bodmin High Street again. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience in Bodmin. Shame

I was shocked at the rudeness from staff when asking about a refund only to get hung up on after I asked about the complaint procedure and I was accused of being rude just because I politely and calmly asked for the complaint procedure which I still haven't got nor my refund the refund was for an expensive top that just fell to bits in one wash no problem taking it back but seems to be a problem returning my money I spent 6k in millets in 2023 I'll now be making the trip to the Cotswolds store in Plymouth from now on

Wasted trip. Checked stock on the website for a climbing safety harness, none in store, and staff mentioned they infact do not stock them. Despite being listed on both the manufacturer's website as a seller, and their own.Customer service was attentive atleast

Lower priced outdoor store with equipment to match.Ok for maybe D of E kit or perhaps a fleece, etc, but I wouldn't bother if you are looking for top-notch lightweight camping kit.

It couldn't have been a nicer experience. Good products, range and prices. Staff were more than helpful, and very knowledgeable as well as being warm welcoming, friendly and approachable.
