In October 2022 I asked James Simpson at Miller Countrywide in Bodmin at extremely short notice to help me sell my late parents' house. Within a few days a value was set, pictures were taken and the property online. Living in Germany, I had to rely on James and his team to deal with absolutely everything on my behalf - and this they indisputably did with great professionalism, patience and dedication. We sold our house whilst still living in the Middle East, which we thought would be a challenge but with the help of James, it was relatively easy due to his outstanding knowledge of the housing market in the area, his historical knowledge of the house that we bought, and his overall outstanding support. My sister and I have just completed the difficult task of selling our elderly mother?s house in Bodmin through Millers. As we live hundreds of miles away from the property, communication has been crucial between us and the estate agents. Have just completed the executor sale of mothers park home which, despite this being a difficult time for the family, has been ably managed by Millers Bodmin.
