High street store good availability smaller than some stores but appears to have most of the products they normally sell

This review is about a staff member rather than the shop itself. A home delivery driver.
- I think his name is Martin going by the text message which states who will be delivering on the day.
He is a very kind and lovely gentleman that always has a smile and is very helpful and understanding with any issues there may be, and aims to get it sorted as quick as possible, if not instantly and without any hesitation.
The past couple weeks I have had a few issues with my orders - as in, missing items, wrong items and even out of date items. I know mistakes happen and I understand these things may occur now and then, but every issue had been resolved straight away by Martin and always with apologies and kindness from him.
He goes above and beyond for the customers and is an absolute credit to the store and should get some recognition for this. He is a true gentleman.
So please give a huge THANK YOU to Martin.
