Unhelpful staff. Trying to purchase an item in the sale but full price was showing at till. I said I didn't want to pay full price, instead of the staff member checking out the price for me, he just repeated the original price at me. I said I still didn't want to pay full price so he chucked it on the floor (a bag of compost) and went back to what he was doing previously. I guessed that was the end of the conversation, excellent customer service skills!

Went to Homebase for a length of 12 mm hardwood quadrant. They wanted £25 for it. Went down the road to Trago Mills and got it for £4.09. Homebase has always been expensive but this just takes the biscuit!

Great place to shop, if you pick when they have specials on its even better. The good thing is they take returns without any quibble.
