Dreadful customer service the lady that served me today needs a lesson in serving people so rude all because I asked for price check !! If its to much trouble dear maybe get a different job !! Had she been wearing a name badge I would be naming and shaming!!! Sort your staff out Boots this store has a bad reputation

Been messing me about all afternoon!! They tell you meds are ready for collection, I go to collect, they say to come back in an hour so I do and then they say to come back again in the evening!!!! Absolute JOKE. Sort it out
