Visited Asda cafe today. Awful. Felt sorry for the ONE lady serving. Breakfast served on paper plates! This was the case over a month ago as dishwasher had broken. Still not fixed? This store used to be good to visit. Come on Management..stop putting your poor stressed staff on the front line to put up with the complaints!!

The person on the customer service/, lottery desk is appalling today. Went in to cash my lottery £2.90 the cashier printed of the winning slip and attached it to my winning ticket they then shut the draw without giving me my winnings. The cashier then called for assistance from what I assumed was a manager.while waiting for the manager the lady opened the till 2-3 times, without giving me my winnings. a manager came over, and I explained the situation, she (the manager) looked at me questionably, and asked the cashier if I was being trueful, the cashier said that I was, she (the cashier) then asked me for the ticket, I informed them both that I was not given my ticket back (and how could I when the transaction was incomplete)and that it was still behind the counter somewhere, after this and having waited for upto 10 minutes, I said forget it, all that hassle for £2.90, I cannot understand how a relatively simple task can be so inexpertly dealt with!

Went to the cafe for lunch waited nearly an hour for a panini and chips. When it finally arrived it was full of cheese even though I'd picked the only one out of five that didn't have cheese listed on the front as the main ingredient. I told them I couldn't eat it as I can't eat cheese. The woman was rude and had no empathy at all. She didn't even offer me an alternative. I would have not bothered commenting on this but for the attitude of the staff. I will NEVER go there again.

I paid for my food to be made, one sandwich needed to be cooked and it took 25 minutes by which point i had to go leave almost immediately, not happy and won't be coming back.

My partner and I were selected for a spot check at the self service and when my partner said a cheerful hello to the member staff walking towards us (we wrongly assumed they were coming to help) they threw up their hands in frustration and grunted "I can't I can't" and walked off. Presumably they were more interested in accusing their much younger colleague of touching themselves.
Both my partner and I work in retail, and we understand the job can be frustrating but this was a really uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.

We phone up the store. And ask what time the cafe closed. We were told 6pm. Was given the wrong information it is 5pm the cafe closed.
As come from London.
So we planned to get a hot meal in the cafe.
Around 4:55pm.
We went to order some meals.
We have a person with disabilities so hard to get around.
We all got to the cafe and sat down. And went to order.
The young teen is very rude.
Not helpful at all.
Said. O well the cafe closed now.
And we try to explain the situation.
He was very rude and not helpful.
We then asked for a manager, and he said no manager about it. So we went to see the security guard.
He tried to get a manager.
After 4 mins, we left the store.
We started to come to Bodmin every week to look after our old friend.
We will not be back to this store.

Paid £9 for a delivery, had 10 items missing but everything on my email was apparently delivered. Absolutely awful, would definitely not recommend. Still waiting on confirmation for a refund.
