I'm a Blu badge driver. So it was fantastic to park right at the front door.Inside it was clean. Receptionist smiled directed me to where I needed to go and wait. I've never been here before but it was very easy to find.

Had numerous issues with delayed prescriptions that are urgently needed. Unfortunately they don't seem to take it seriously and are rude on the phone. Unprofessional and disorganised. The doctors are great however the Chemists provide misleading information and unreliable.

Iv had a number of issues regarding my medication my table's have change colour on a regularly basis they gave me diffrent side affects which isn't nice the staff have always dismissed my observation when Iv mention it and im made tofeel that I'm making it all up also the description on my blister packs was the wrong information for the table colour's which is dangerous in my opinion the blister packs have now gone to plastic from paper which is very fiddlely and hard too see and open again I've mentioned this and was told the government has changed them to plastic ? which is not very inviromently friendly and I don't fully believe it I pay for my prescription which is expensive they don't seem to take your concerns seriously at all I'm quite young but I feel sorry for anyone who is older than me that has any sort of sight disorder or struggles in anyway with health problems which have to deal with this I am thinking of going elsewhere or having them delivered from elsewhere
