Photos don't lie, half a tank of fuel stolen from the salvage car, engine cover taken, photo's carefully taken to hide some of the damage! Extra body damage clearly done by there forklifts! It's a bit embarrassing a multi million pound company is taking these things.Follow up, they said "contact the complaints department" which I did, and they have a get out clause for everything, absolute waste of my time, so they can take what they want and you can't do anything about it, absolute scumbags

Be careful. They bid on the cars to increase the price. Most cars sell for almost same price as autotrader. It doesn't make sense why anybody would bid that high, it's kind of obvious. They are losing customers but it doesn't affect them because they re-list it for free anyway

Again Negative Experience with SYNETIQ this time Winsford Branch!I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience with Synetiq facilities, particularly the SYNETIQ Winsford branch. Unfortunately, my interaction with this company was less than satisfactory, and I believe it's important to share my experience with you.My feedback centers on two separate issues that I encountered during my dealings with Synetiq:Misrepresentation of Vehicle Condition: The car that I purchased through Synetiq did not match the condition described in the listing. It arrived with missing headlights and significant damage to the front bumper and the side of the car. This discrepancy was a substantial disappointment and caused significant inconvenience.Unsatisfactory Response and Support: Regrettably, the response and support I received from both the SYNETIQ Winsford manager and Synetiq as a whole were far from what I had expected. Instead of taking responsibility for the issues, it took a frustrating and lengthy five days of discussions to secure a refund for the vehicle. The lack of prompt resolution and accountability added to my disappointment.In conclusion, my feedback underscores an overall disappointing experience with Synetiq, where the accuracy of the vehicle description and the quality of customer service both fell short of expectations. The frustration I experienced was compounded by the significant investment of time and money in this process, which was not compensated at all.I hope that this feedback can be of value to both potential customers considering Synetiq and the company itself.

Think this an American buisness and boy does it show, cant communicate properly and selling half the part and throwing other vital bits away because they can't guarantee their chimps will read and follow very simple instructions

Lots of bad reviews but I have had an excellent experience with Synetiq Winsford. Bought a car online, paid online, booked a pick up slot, went down and arrived a bit late. The man in reception was not bothered at all. In 10 minutes i was driving my car out of the gate. Easy . Thanks

Bought a car from here. When recovery delivered, it was missing an oil cap all the carpets and had much more damage than in the pictures probably due to moving it about. second and last car I will be purchasing from here.

Sold a vehicle to me with misleading photos, no lot number or anything about broken key stated on windscreen of advert pictures until car had been paid for and collected.

Always treated politely here contrary to some of the other reviews ?? If you follow the rules it seems to work ! Works for me anyway ? Pictures of lots are pretty comprehensive , sufficient to make your decision to buy it ? If you bid then it's your choice as far as I concerned. They are just a normal company providing a service that requires a bit of thought really . Works well thanks again ?

They bid on their own cars and bring the price up to a pre settled price. I?ve read and heard about this type of things but I did not want to comment until I was sure it is like this. A van that I was after and which was posted on some other app where it wouldn?t sell for the asked price for weeks went up to the exact same price in second on synetiq. Also, they take photos that do not show the damaged or rusted areas clearly. Photos about the van where way more clear on the other app. I was just lucky to see it before I would pay it. Go figure that on top of the price they add their fees so it was actually a few hundred £ more expensive. Do not recommend!
