Took a snapped Van key up to step in. Not sure whether it could be replaced on the spot but it turned out to be no problem. Very professional service and a lovely bloke. I Will always use this independent business in the future,top class.

Flawless service. Second to none. Dropped in for a couple of (more than reasonably priced) keys to be cut, nipped out to get some cash and they were done upon return (a matter of minutes). Keys fit the door perfectly and the gentleman very friendly. Great service, can?t fault and can?t emphasise the importance of supporting local businesses given the global pandemic! Would highly recommend, thanks again.

I have been going there for years and Nick and his dad do a first class job, from shoes boots, to handbags and evan saddles. They will repair anything. We would all be lost without them. As for the person who said they don't take cards. Well nether do most fish and chip shops. And shoes and boots last longer than a fish and chips. When been repaired at Step in. * * * * * !
