Avril Rodrigues impressed me with her professionalism, honesty (interest in the customer) and professionalism. She gave me a careful, accurate, thorough examination, showed and explained the results of what was observed. Kind and affable in her manner, while maintaining her professionalism. If I have to do the test again, I will request her assistance again, if possible. The best eye visit I have had in my entire life. Excellent customer service.

Booked an eye test with Winsford branch, very helpful and got my new glasses in under a week, good price as well, this is the only place I go if I need new glasses or a general check up.

Went for my annual eye test yesterday. Absolutely spot on, in and out within about 3/4 of an hour and that was with time they spent refurbishing my existing specs ! Both Natalie the person who did the initial assessment and the optician were great, very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Happy to say my 79 year old eyes are in good condition, my glasses don?t need changing and my examination has been changed to 2 years (assuming I will be still here ?)

Absolute garbage again! Had my eye test in October, told I needed a new prescription, bought two pairs of frames £150 each and as the sign said 2 for 1 I naturally assumed I'd get 2 for 1, oh no! those frames aren't included in the deal ! Anyway I liked them and continued, one pair of 'office' lens' one pair for distance, the new specs turned up the next week, one pair okay the distance ones were rubbish, had my eyes retested the next day, lo and behold, there was a vast discrepancy between my glasses and the script I'd been given.
Another week later I travel to town, again, this time the distance glasses were fine, but the office lens' kept falling out! another trip down town to get them put back in, 'I've tightened them up a bit so they shouldn't fall out now' (Why couldn't you tighten them up in the first place?) Guess what? yup, they fell out again and again, the final time I was on holiday and one lens was lost thus ruining my holiday as I couldn't see!.......... So on my return I went back down town and just ordered normal short distance lens'...... And was charged another £60 for the privilege! They lasted all of two days then fell out again, then one of the distance lens' fell out and was lost, so I was charged a further £50 for that one too!
Since then the lens' continue to fall out but I get my ex wife to put them back in (I'm disabled and unable to do it myself) so far they have fallen out 14 times!!!!
I will not be using Specsavers ever again!

Been using this branch at Winsford for many years. Opticians & Staff are lovely, helpful & polite. The opticians explain everything and any questions are answered straight away.
The store is always clean & tidy and staff interact with all clients.
Thank you Winsford store. Keep being fabulous.
