Went in this evening and staff could not care less.Looking for waterproof jackets- only one in stock ie they could not be bothered to look.When I found another one showing as in stock, they could not find it. Young lad did not want to look and shouted to another employee "it's only a £49 jacket" inference was it was low value so no need to bother.Went next door to Toolstation and service was superb, they could not do enough for me. Trade buyers, stay clear of Screwfix Winsford.

Dealt with Olivia at the front desk. Absolute top quality service. She was understanding and was extremely helpful trying to find what I needed while being extremely polite. Best service I've had from a tools store like this one usually I get an eye roll.

AVOID - Was greeted by a young female employee that instead of trying to help me with the situation i was in told me ?How do I know I ain?t a plumber am I or I?d be earning way more money than I am? so I went next door and was given excellent service at city plumbing.. she needs retraining in customer service so she can realise without customers like myself she wouldn?t be where she is. Screwfix Crewe has been great in the past so maybe it?s a winsford issue.
