I went in on Saturday with a number of parcels to be posted internationally. The queue moved quickly and the lady serving could not have been more helpful, with a smile on her face.

Absolutely shocking service , there were 2 woman , who were supposed to be serving but to busy chatting up 1 customer , and drinking tea , while there was a que of 15 people !! When I got to the front of the que, one of the said females said , next ... put on scales .. , would not recommend poor people skills and ignorant

WiNSFORD SORTING OFFICE New Road been twice too the collection office not open wrong card pushed in my letter box wrong times talked to supervisors said nothing they can do implied i should have looked on web site first gave wrong information finally told come at 7 till 9 explained needed parcel as a heating part to stay warm and shower so it was an emergency they conveniently blamed covid 19 if you want to stay in business adapt what a shoddy shambles not using winsford sorting office for delivery service winsford ever again

Shame the shop has gone, post office is okay but not good if you have bagfulls of post as there is not much parking nearby. Staff are friendly.
