By far the worst McDonalds a round. Every single time I go through the drive through, without fail, I will get asked to pull up and wait for 15 mins minimum. I don?t go inside because the place is filthy and the toilets are a disgrace. A inspection is needed now.

1st Order Point I tried: no connection at checkout stage, 2nd one: No printed receipt available (as usual), hand dryer in gents broken and brown sauce dispenser blocked up.
Minor inconveniences but show
there's no attention to detail in this Maccy D's. Would I stop here again? Of course, A bacon and egg muffin and a just drinkable flat white for £3 is still a bargain in today's world of ridiculous prices.

The whole restaurant is filthy and mucky. The floor is covered in food and pieces of wrapping / paper and looks greasy. I wouldn't want my dog to use the toilet facilities incase it caught something. The windows are filthy and full of greasy hand marks. We even witnessed a table being half wiped and everything that was on it was pushed straight on to the floor to be walked in and spread around. The flap on the waste bin was full of ketchup making you feel like you didn't want to use the bin.

Over 12mins to pick up a burger. Very slow drive thru to the point that they make KFC look quick.
Shouldn't take that long!! to pick up a burger when there are four cars ahead of you.
No idea what the delay was. Just poor.

Sometimes good meals are served, but far too often, orders are wrong, food quality is poor, queues are long, extremely unreliable milkshakes even when the app says available.
Dietary restrictions: If allergic, do not trust that your order will be prepared properly.

Just been there, drive thru woman at 1:35pm.. 24-01-25 is sooo rude, almost throws your order at you, doesn't speak at all, if you don't like working there just leave and work somewhere else ????

Last minute order New years eve which i made using the app. Got there with 5 mins to spare before they closed and was honestly expecting to be turned away but no they completed ordered, served piping hot with out a single groan heard from anyone. Top customer service guys we wouldn't have got that from any macdonalds branches in stoke ?
