I found out my TV just in warranty with John Lewis so I had it repaired by Martin Dawes. on the whole excellent service, however when I got it back there was a problem with some back lights which should have been noticed before I picked it up by the engineer, This is why I only gave 4 stars. But the people I dealt with there were excellent, very helpful, friendly and professional. The TV was repaired a second time and all is good. I would recommend Martin Dawes I spoke to a lot of people there and all were very good, well done Martin Dawes.

Superb service, tv picked up on Tuesday and delivered back on Saturday, the driver Ryan set the tv up and made sure everything was working before leaving, top notch thank you

I had an issue trying to programme a new remote control stick and Ryan very kindly gave up his time to see what I was doing wrong . It seems the instructions were wrong for my set up and having explained this Ryan showed me a quicker way to access the recorder box.. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to him for his kindness and understanding as I am practically house bound at the moment. Martin Dawes are so lucky to have such dedicated engineers like Ryan who are prepared to go the extra mile to keep their customers happy.

Brilliant service. Had a faulty Samsung monitor on a warranty repair. Martin Dawes agreed to repair it while I waited and the process from start to finish was efficient and smooth. I?m very happy and special mention to Phil, Ryan and the chief engineer (apologies I didn?t catch your name) for all being pleasant, professional, practical and flexible.

Martin Dawes in Winsford carried out a repaired on my Samsung TV. ( The screen of death ?black screen?) I have had to take to google to leave a review, due to the unbelievable customer service. They checked the TV and repaired it while I waited. From the first phone call talking to Phil and then Robbie who repaired the fault the service was outstanding !!! Other companies could learn a few things from you.Thank you again.

Not happy at all with this company! Were supposed to collect a faulty TV today and they didn't! Waited in all for nothing and now say they can't come until next week. Now worried the same thing's going to repeat itself next week!!

Hands down the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Took a perfect TV away apart from a buzz from the one connect port on a Samsung tv. Came back with a damaged screen and the original issue not fixed. Went back to Martin Dawes for a second time. Came back with a faulty screen and the original issue not fixed. Went away for a 3rd time. Fixed screen. Still noisy one connect port. Was told it's a characteristic of the 7 grand tv!!! Do not let Samsung electronics recommend these!!! Take it from me.

I chose Martin Dawes in Winsford to repair my LG TV after a local recommendation, rang them up (short wait of 5mins, nothing to grumble about) and confirmed they would diagnose and repair. I dropped off and great help to get TV out the car and continued communication to keep me up to date with diagnosis, parts availability and fixing the TV. I hadn't read any reviews before using them so was surprised reading some of the poor reviews today when I came to write this. I can only guess that some of the poor reviews must be about their other sites because Winsford were great for me and would highly recommend.

I spoken samsung they engineering said dishwasher fixed all he done walk in house open dishwasher press few buttons wait 10 min walk out rude aswell also samsung. Saying engineering came second which they didn't come at all!

Martin Dawes engineer came to assess damage to our Samsung TV, he was high handed, had a poor attitude, rude and annoyed he had been sent to the problem. He was booked for the afternoon but came very early in the morning.

I was a little skeptical after reading other reviews but my experience was excellent. Martin Dawes collected a faulty Samsung TV from me on Thursday and I called for an update on Saturday morning, they told me that the screen had been replaced and that it was ready to be delivered back to me. Phil was really helpful and allowed me to collect it from their Winsford depot the same day. Yes it takes them a while to answer the phone but I had a great experience overall and I wouldn?t hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.
