I found out my TV just in warranty with John Lewis so I had it repaired by Martin Dawes. on the whole excellent service, however when I got it back there was a problem with some back lights which should have been noticed before I picked it up by the engineer, This is why I only gave 4 stars. Superb service, tv picked up on Tuesday and delivered back on Saturday, the driver Ryan set the tv up and made sure everything was working before leaving, top notch thank you

I had an issue trying to programme a new remote control stick and Ryan very kindly gave up his time to see what I was doing wrong .
