I went into to winsford Cheshire Asda today at 7.30pm to buy some goods.
Asda has completely lost touch with its customers. Every time I go in, there are no staffed tills open ? just rows of self-service checkouts.
I do not believe in being forced to do the job of a cashier while still paying the same prices. Self-checkouts are frustrating, unreliable, and exclude people who don?t want to use them.
Shopping shouldn?t feel like a chore or a battle with a machine.
I want proper service from a real person, not to be treated like free labour. Until Asda respects customer choice and opens proper tills again, I?ll be taking my money elsewhere

Waste of time ordering on Uber Eats. Certain items are ordered to compliment one another...so if one, two or - in the case of my latest order - three items are unavailable, it makes some available items obsolete. Not informed or offered an alternative - just told not in stock and refunded...but left with other, unwanted items. Speedy delivery - yes - but consistently unreliable when ordering via Uber. Lesson learned. Try in person if you can...

Must be the worst asda in the world rude staff, and empty shelves only 1 check out open on a Saturday afternoon, beyond a joke, if you are looking for food items this is not for you, if they could they would have you in the warehouse unloading the delivery wagons,

Zero if possible but unfortunately Google asks you to be somewhat easy on stars.
Refused to open the disability accessible till for a disabled person and made them use a self scan
When reported tried to act innocent and then copped an attitude
Car park constantly goes off. Was resolved for a while with the council but Asda can?t do their part and turn it off or have staff in who can. Hours it can go off for if they aren?t rang and advised to stop breach of quiet enjoyment
More often than not veg that is out is covered in mold
As previous posts state the shelves are left with empty boxes and empty boxes on the floor
Never known such incompetence
The self serve are normally too busy talking to assist bar one lovely lady!!
The self scanners you carry are faulty and when something didn?t apparently scan twice though I got a double beep I was accused of trying to steal a 25p can of beans on a couple hundred pound shop

Asda Winsford is the worst supermarket I?ve shopped in. Shelves empty with cardboard cartons strewn all over the place!! One manned checkout with a queue 10 person long!! Checkout operator talking to customer totally unaware of the queue getting longer and longer. If her hands worked as fast as her mouth she?d have got the queue down in no time!! ?Just saying?

Asda seems to be going through problems, the shelves aren't as full as you would expect and the range is not as good as it once was on another note the aisles tend to have boxes( some full, some empty) in your way, stocking of shelves would have been done mainly at night in years gone by

Asda has gone down hill there meat is bad fatty got meat balls and there was chewy bits of fat had there home made burgers chewy bits of fat horrible aldi is much better for meat the store has changed around hard to find anything in there got lettuce full of little bugs ? aswell second time that's happened ? better off going somewhere eles trust me

On my last 3 visits to Asda over the last 3 weeks I tried to buy Bakehouse Jaffa cookies at £1.50 per packet but when I get to check out they tell me they are £2.50 this mistake gets put right for me but how many customers who don't check there receipt are being

It is becoming more and more unenjoyably to shop in this store. Over the last couple of weeks around 7pm, I have been forced to use self service checkouts as there is nobody available on checkout. I would rather pay more and deal with someone on till than scan my own goods. If it happens again, I will be leaving my trolley of goods to be re-stacked, and I will start shopping elsewhere.
