No Customer Service and after sales supportPurchased AEG toaster and kettle from their store on Amazon. Reported faults with both after just over 4 months use and was advised due to wear and tear and/or cleaning the product with detergent.Use a reputable retailer and do not make the same mistake I did!

A (very well-priced) refurb oven arrived missing a part (I only noticed months later), they got back to my email within about 10 minutes and dispatched the part same-day. Can't really ask for better than that!

I purchased Samsung sound bar with 10 percent discount i received used item which they never mentioned on the advert they say that ?tatty packaging' product and the price was discounted to reflect. I decided return to item and pay it in full price and get a brand new, they also ask me to pay return cost even though they advert was false

Be very careful.I purchased a refurbished AEG washing machine from All Your Appliances. I started getting an EFO error message on the machine 1.5 years after purchasing, so last week an engineer came to look at it from Respond Services, who are local reps for AEG (booked through the AEG website).The engineer told me that the washing machine should never have been sold to me as it had large unseeable INTERNAL dents and INTERNAL botched wiring at the back. He said it looked like it had been dropped from a height and could not be repaired.This machine was sold to me as having minor exterior aesthetic damage and I was not made aware of the internal damage. This is illegal, but not only that, it could have been a fire hazard. Now because the machine is only 6 months out of warranty, All Your Appliances are refusing to take any responsibility. Be extremely careful when buying anything from them. Would not recommend.

Very poor quality installation of dishwasher using duct tape to secure wastage pipe. This eventually failed and flooded the flat below. Customer services refused to fix the damage or help in anyway.

Just had a cooker installed by John. Really nice bloke. Couldn't help enough.He went above and beyond when the face plate broke when trying to instal it and went and got a new one there and then.He took great care delivering the cooker and even took the packaging away to be recycled.He showed us how to use it and how to take the glass out to be cleaned.So happy with my new cooker. Got it a bargain price because it had small defects as it was a display one. Nothing noticeable at all. It's like it's new.Very happy with the service. The transaction online was smooth and safe. I was able to pay with PayPal which they accept.They kept me informed throughout the whole process from ordering it to the day it got delivered. I ordered it Sunday and it was delivered by Wednesday.100% trustworthy, brilliant service. and would definitely use again. Thanks very much ??.

We purchased our washing machine the first weekend of May (6th/7th). The salesman was very friendly and informative and the showroom was spotless with a huge range of stock on display. Quite a good range with good prices.However, this is was the end of our happy experience. After paying and agreeing to delivery date of the 15th, we left the store happy and content.15th and 16th came and went. On the 17th we contacted All Your Appliances (AYA) who stated they did not have any delivery date for our machine on their system. Thought it was a bit strange, but they assured us they would deliver it today (17th).We received a phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery which was very convenient as to ensure you would be in. It was dropped off in the afternoon, and we unpackaged it the next day (18th) only to find the waste pipe completely snapped in half. We contacted AYA and raised the issue. They could not collect same day and due to our holiday could not collect until Monday the following week (22nd). We had no communication as to what time they would be collecting it, it was lucky we were in when the driver turned up to collect. He remarked that it was strange that they were taking the whole machine away just to change the plastic pipe and we agreed but let him go on his way. He let us know it would be back with us within 24 hours.Today (23rd) it got to around 2pm and still no contact from AYA as to when it would be delivered back to us, so we had to reach out yet again to AYA to see if it would indeed be delivered by 3pm. They confirmed it had been fixed but were unsure if it would be returned to us today or tomorrow, which was a little confusing as from my viewpoint they should know where the item is?It was thankfully delivered 2 hours later at roughly 4pm.Overall, if I?d had known it would have been this much hassle I would never have bought from them. Communication was poor as I had to keep reaching out to them to find out about my purchase status. I?m grateful the machine is currently working as I imagine the returns process would be a lot more tedious and stressful. I am confident I would not use this company again nor recommend them.

Great prices, service and attitude. Problem with first tumble dryer was sorted quickly and without issue or delay. Really happy with service and will use again.
