Hopeless. I saved in an ISA at the Wilmslow branch of YBS and the Head Office closed it a few weeks later without notice such that I couldn't top it up. Thus I lost part of a year's ISA allowance. Now this branch won't open on a Saturday, which is the only time key workers are likely to be available to visit. When I tried... read full comment

Put a sign in the window saying back in 15 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances. All lights off and locked up. Came back an hour later and still the same. It’s clearly shut. Misleading customers isn’t a great look.
