Terrible. Ruined a pair of suit trousers and then completely ignored my complaint, after I sent a picture of the mess they?d made. They continued to ignore emails for months after. Have since given up. Would not recommend.Service: Dry cleaning

Came here a few days ago with my husband and staff were so rude and preoccupied on her phone when it came to me talking but as soon as my husband said something she was batting her eyes. Very unprofessional.

Brilliant dry cleaning and laundry service. I like the fact this dry cleaners is Eco friendly and modern compared to the previous owner who had this. Staff are always friendly and helpful, service is 10/10. They offer a delivery and collection service which is helpful especially when you are working most days and long hours. Prices are reasonable. I 100% recommend. I?ve also bumped in to social media bloggers and celebrities when visiting this shop. Love the wedding dresses that are displayed at the front of the shop.Service: Eco-friendly cleaning

Used to be great when the previous owner had it but has gone rapidly downhill recently. They ruined some very expensive clothes of ours and refused to refund us accordingly. Furthermore, the owner then violently threatened us and said he knows where we live if we leave a bad review. This was a few weeks ago and isn?t the first time he?s acted this way (my friend also had a similar experience with him the other day). I have now moved out of the area and therefore feel safe to leave this review. Stay away, there are far better dry cleaners in the area who have been around for a very long time.

DO NOT USE this dry cleanersI left my brand new worn once £349 dress on 18th June 2022 and still on 5th September 2022 I do not have it back. The shop owner ignores all messages I leave for him and the shop assistant - who I have spoken to face to face 6 times says all she can do is put a message on the WhatsApp group - and dosent have the owners number. Absolutely ridiculous- and theft.Service: Dry cleaning

The customer service was absolutely impeccable. Came here to get my white coat which had stained really badly cleaned with doubts of the stains coming out and they did such a great job, my coat looks brand new!Will be coming back again, also am happy with how quick they had got it back to me. Fantastic service in emergency situation - an imminent funeral to attend and 2 suits to clean after returning from holiday. Turned it round in matter of hours and all with much needed reassurance. Would definitely recommend .
