Had a suit dropped off on Saturday to be picked up 11am Monday. Needed urgently, arrived to collect and the shop was shut. Called the shop for an hour and waited outside the shop to receive no information. No sign on the door, no message left on the call, no notices left on social media. Left in a crisis due to poor management.

Really good customer service I really recommend this place I think it was Thea that was dealing with me and she was really nice n making sure everything was right

Terrible. Ruined a pair of suit trousers and then completely ignored my complaint, after I sent a picture of the mess they’d made. They continued to ignore emails for months after. Have since given up. Would not recommend.Service: Dry cleaning
